This month, we’re excited to feature Voice student Carter Campbell!
Carter is a student of Ms. Jennifer and here is what she had to say about Carter:
“Carter is an extremely driven individual who participates in every opportunity he can including our recent ensemble camp, various recitals, and the composition competition this past February. He shows constant initiative to practice, improve his theory skills, and work on tonic tutor.”

How long have you taken Voice lessons?
I started voice lessons at the end of last February.
What do you love about singing?
I love learning new songs.
What is your favorite music to sing or listen to? Favorite composer?
I don’t have a favorite song to sing, however, I like to listen to a variety of musicians like Lindsey Sterling, Shakira, Enya, and Josh Groban. I also like to listen to Disney music.
What do you like about Flourish?
I like that everyone is very nice, and I can talk to my friend, Kennedy. My teacher is also nice to me.
What else do you like to do?
I like playing chess, reading, coloring, watching football and going places with my family.
Anything else you would like to add?
We have five pets. Our dogs are Chai and Pearl. Chai is a pug and Pearl is a corgi. We have two cockatiels named Carlos and Precious and one parakeet named Feather. We also have an exchange student from Switzerland. Her name is Meta. She will be with us for the school year.
