This month, we’re excited to feature Piano student, Lawrence Temple!
Lawrence is a student of Ms. Yuan and here is what she had to say about Lawrence:
“Lawrence has been taking piano lessons with me for more than two years. During this time, I have seen him grow into a confident, mature young man who sets high standards for his school work and music studies, and achieves any goals he sets his mind to. He has achieved First Class Honors in the RCM music exams for the past two years and this year, he is taking the Level 5 piano exam while finishing middle school! I am so excited to see more amazing things this talented young man can achieve!”

How long have you taken piano lessons?
I’ve been taking piano lessons for 10 years.
What do you love about playing the piano?
I love the different styles I hear, and voices I can imagine when playing the piano.
What is your favorite music to sing or listen to? Favorite composer?
My favorite music to listen to is hip-hop.
What do you like about Flourish?
I like the teachers and feel of Flourish.
What else do you like to do?
I like to read, work out, hang with friends, and play video games in my free time.
